I ordered your course almost one month back. I have very little time to spend on the course, but am doing what I can. I have made a couple of offers on homes that have been foreclosed on. Today, an offer that we made was accepted. It was a home that a builder went bankrupt on... The bank accepted our offer of $128k. The other homes in the subdivision sell in the range of $240k-$280k. We should do very well on our first deal. Thanks again for your information. A couple of deals like this and I will have a lot of time to spend.
