You even have tips on how to economize at each step of the process, saving hundreds of dollars on setup costs.
I go through a lot of marketing and real estate investment courses, but I haven't seen anyone showing how to put this stuff together like you have. You have really put a cutting-edge marketing tool into the hands of the ordinary person who has no technical background (like me).
