I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed looking through your blog.
I was especially intrigued by your article on asset protection. I have always thought that identity theft and, most of all, a lawsuit were things that happen to other people and not me.
I am amazed that 1 out of every 5 people will be sued in the next 5 years. Thanks for keeping me informed!

Hi I enjoy reading your weekly real estate investing articles. I think your articles always have great information.
I was most inspired by a recent article on buying distressed properties. My business actually did both the tips suggested and we are a living testimony that the tips are legit.
We picked up three properties with no money down. Thank you for sharing the tips with myself and my FaceBook friends.

When I returned from Afghanistan, I did not want to return to teaching high school special education, and got involved in real estate investing. I had replaced both my wife and my teaching income in 18 months of buying houses "subject to" and doing lease options. But then, the economy took a nose dive, and I had more people behind on rent than I could cover, and I lost a few properties to foreclosure. I studied for new ideas and discovered short sales. Once I closed a few, I was back on my feet. Now our real estate business is back in the black and going even better than before. I appreciate the articles you have on this website, they were instrumental in our recovery.

I just wanted to let you know that this information is very helpful to me. I am learning things through your emails that I don't have the time to learn by going to the library or even through researching on the Internet. While I am at work I can review the information, print it and read it again on the way home from work or later that night and even refer back when getting ready to make an offer.
Thanks for taking the time to do this. I pray God blesses you with a harvest that you don't have room to contain for the seeds you are planting in my life and in the lives of many others.
